What Rehab Taught Me About SaaS Adoption
Clinicians don’t resist technology. They resist badly implemented technology. In rehab, if a workflow didn’t fit reality, adoption failed—no matter how good it looked on paper. Same rule applies in SaaS. My goal in healthcare tech: support tools clinicians actually want to use.
